When I got the unit today I found a key fob and pen waiting for me, a very nice gesture. When I went to leave there was trouble with the code, the person (whose name I'm sorry I didn't get) was exceptionally friendly and helpful and got the issue fixed immediately. Very impressed by this facility and company.

When I arrived at my storage unit I discovered that the unit the system assigned to me was already occupied. I went up to the front desk with my "issue" and the guy working quickly resolved it and assigned me a new unit. Easy peasy. He was polite and quick. So far so good!

We’re moving from PA to VA and, during the 5.5 hour drive, there were unforeseen circumstances and we were not going to make it to the office before closing time.
