I rented a unit online and was unable to process the follow up paperwork to the payment that I made for the unit. Since the paperwork kept processing processing and never completed, I was unable to get an access code and the unit number so I can start moving my stuff.. To make matters worse, the facility was closed and wouldn’t reopen again for three days and I needed to move out within two days. I called customer service and the representative was unable to refund my payment or get the gate code information so that I could access the unit. He escalated it to a manager and And I actually got a call while I was still on the phone with him. I can’t believe I can’t remember her name, but she access my information online confirmed my payment and gave me the gate access code and the unit number!! It was awesome and she was incredibly professional and efficient. Excellent customer service and wonderful response time cannot say enough good things about the staff of storage kings!!

I’ve been renting at this location for years and I have a lot that I want to say. The property manager is AMAZING she’s super sweet and extremely helpful. Everytime I go to my unit she’s always out cleaning up trying to keep it clean and goes above and beyond to accommodate. People fail to realize this is a business and she is just a manager who has but so much control. I see a lot of people leaving trash and destroying what she worked so hard to keep clean. We are ADULTS homeless or not that is not an excuse to leave filth anywhere. Sierra is an amazing manager and I Applaud her for putting up with the ADULTS who act as if they are not capable of being respectful or responsible. People we take our belongings to a place that is out of our sight willingly so it’s safe to say we store at our own risk, these employees do everything in their power to make sure you’re belongings are safe and secure however they have to go home at some point to be with their families after dealing with a mix of rude people all day. They don’t have the ability to control anyone’s thoughts or actions so don’t treat them as if they are responsible for it. The amount of things I’ve seen these employees deal with is ridiculous. It’s not a high end facility but these employees try their hardest to make sure we have an amazing experience. Seeing that they don’t own the company and they have rules and procedures they have to follow I say they do an extraordinary job helping their tenants.

Folks do not waste your time going anywhere else, this is the best deal with the best staff. I have rented there a few times and got an incredible deal and great service. A good friend of mine just told me he was paying $400 a month for a 10×10 and I told him what I was paying which was $100 a month but the first two months were half price. These are the fairest people in town and there’s no need to call anyone else I called all over and couldn’t beat these deals. I’ve been with these units before they became Storage King. The switch of companies went fairly smooth. No issues so far! Many sizes of storage units are available. Access to the units are narrow tho so large trucks and trailers likely won’t make it in there

Very knowledgeable and explained everything in a quick and easily understandable way. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I like to think there’s always room for improvement, though I would have trouble finding it here.

This place is fine. Some of the turns are difficult if you’re driving a moving truck. I feel like my stuff is safe. I pay online and it’s worked out great.
