Very nice facility,they offer climate controlled units and non climate controlled , super helpful staff had some trouble completing online rental so I had to come into the store. I asked to see the unit they gladly showed me the grounds are very well kept the entire facility is very nice and tidy. You can tell just by the condition of things that the staff is doing there jobs and providing the best experience when storing your belongings and they try to make the process as seamless and as easy as possible they also have multiple locations in the area so if they don't have something available at the vinton location they may have something at their other facility.
