Our experience was 5 star to say the least but who really made the difference by far was the amazing staff at this location, specifically Norma. Once we were able to bring our items home we traveled to Texas to collect everything and the care and thoughtfulness we received went above and beyond. She graciously checked in on us in the heat while we were loading and sorting, allowed us to borrow tools and a dolly. For two people unaccustomed to Texas heat and far from home we couldn't have been more grateful.
