Ms. Terri is a top notch storage specialist who provided excellent service to my family and made our storage experience stress free. We are a military family who needed a unit as we were pcsing from the area in 2015. We found a unit at the Midpine location. After retiring and finally ready to move out of the unit after 10 years, i had no key and didn’t remember what was in the unit. Ms. Terri, cut and replaced the lock and took pictures and sent them to me so i knew how much of a load and vehicle I needed as I flew in from Texas to move out of the unit. The unit was affordable and remained affordable unlike other storage facilities. They provided excellent customer sevice and i had confidence as i pcs’d from the area that my belongings were safe. Storage King USA is indeed the storage of choice for my family. Lastly, i can’t leave out Ms. Shannon from the Cliffdale location who was in the office for Ms. Terri on my final lift and move out. She is awesome. Look at no other storage facilities besides Storage King.

terri was an absolute wonder she made my online reservation a breeze. This company is by far worth all the stars it has received.

Terri helped me today with a storage unit. She was very informative, polite and she was very personable. She spoke with me like she had known me for years which makes transitions go a lot easier and less stressful. She was patient with me while I spoke with my insurance company to get things changed over. Completely recommend her and her team at all locations.

After 10 years of storage, I had lost my key to my unit. Terri (the manager) was awesome and cut the lock off. All my items were just as I left them. Very little to no dust. No damage of any kind. After going through it all, I found I didn’t need anything left in the unit. After speaking with Terri I decided to just donate it all. I’ll never be back in Fayetteville, but I’ll definitely recommend this Storage King on Mid Pines Rd in Fayetteville to all those in need of one in the Ft Bragg (Liberty) area.

We got a tour of the units available, the gate system explained to us, and very professional help all throughout. It was very simplified, efficient, and enjoyable! Terri was a joy to work with and made everything so stress free! (The phones were ringing off the hook while I was being helped, an assistant or second employee could greatly benefit this location)

I’ve used this facility for the past few years and have never had any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. They provided me with any assistance I needed and answered any questions I had for the units. Turn in of Uhaul rentals was super easy as well.

He took his time, walked me through the unit and guided me on navigating the huge truck to my unit. It’s clean and safe. I’d definitely use this location again!

Very clean, climate controlled rooms. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. But, needed to vacate it because couldn’t afford to keep it.
