So just finished renting a new space for the second time at this facility, and Tracy is the best to work with. She is knowledgeable about the process, she is very helpful and very kind and personable. This is my second go around and I am always rent climate controlled and their buildings are laid out well, good temp control, always have carts available, and very secure units, I like that the ceiling is caged, many others I have rented are open from unit to unit on top, just feels better, nice doors, solid place, I have rented units from north to south, and this is an easy process here with no hiccups throughout the stay. If you are in the Monks corner area this is a great company to deal with. Not gonna lie, front of building is tight, but the quality makes up for it! you won't regret your stay!

I don't think I've ever had this good of customer service in my life. Tracy helped me on the phone with unit details and was very patient and understanding. When I went there, Tammy is the one that helped me as well as Tracy also having conversation and all. Both of those ladies treated me like gold and as if they'd known me forever. I don't need a unit yet but was looking at options, and they knew that, but still had so much patience with me and gave me a ton of information for when I'm ready. I wasn't sure what size I would need either so Tammy showed me probably 3 or 4 of them. They really know their stuff! I am 70 years old and I have seriously never felt so welcome in a store. I highly recommend going to see these ladies if you need storage!!!!!!
