The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The technology seemed to be a deterrent. There were multiple people waiting to pay. A couple wanting to purchase, however there was only one computer. It would have been helpful to have a secondary tablet to assist with customers. Also, when assigned a unit, it was found that the unit was occupied. Another reason why a tablet would be resourceful to the front desk. The person in the field could communicate which units were cleaned and ready for occupancy. Not complaining, just offering a suggestion to help your customer service help your customers.
