Man when you find a Gem like this you have to review it. STORAGE KING USA. Has been for our family a Godsent. These gentlemen are the epitome of what true customer service and why a business like this one should never go away. I want to thank Adrian, Steven and John. These men made it easy for me and my family to move. Moving is not easy but when your able to get the job done because you were provided the upmost care and customer service it really is a relief. The process to pick up and drop off our Uhal rental was outstanding. Moving materials galore and what they can do to help they will do it. They are very knowledgeable and are good at advising what is better for your moving needs. There facilities are well kept and are run with professionalism and security. Why so hidden away you may ask, I don’t know but I hope they never go unnoticed ever. These guys are the best. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, Storage King USA is awesome!!!

We arrived a bit early for our pickup, but Adrian was very helpful. When we discussed box prices he was quick to inform us of the 10% discount. But after some back and forth we decided we probably didn’t need boxes anyway. There was a high pitched and constant noise for a short period of time (seemed longer to them I’m sure) because of the security system going off, but they made a few jokes to lighten to the mood. Overall it was a good experience, especially considering some previous Uhaul pickup locations were not nearly so friendly.

LOOK NO FURTHER! In short, the new management at this facility is doing an incredible job- you will be met with fair prices, great customer service, and convenient access to what you need. The long of it- I feel like storage facilities/U-Haul rentals can feel a bit like having your car worked on- you feel like you need to read all the fine print or you might get ripped off…BUT NOT HERE. We signed our storage unit contract and then the very next week the facility changed ownership, which meant they changed management- and let me tell you, this manager, Brandon, is looking to build a reputation in a community he now calls his own. He is courteous, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. He gives it to you straight, and from the multiple interactions and rentals we’ve done through him, you can trust that he will do his best to help you walk away as a satisfied customer. I HIGHLY recommend Storage King as a storage unit facility, and as a U-Haul rental facility.

So glad I found this place. I ended up having to move back home from UCF and needed a place to store my stuff since my new apartment is so small. The manager Brandon was so nice and really helped me out since I’ve never used storage before. He made the whole process a lot easier. Place is clean and secure as well which makes me feel good knowing my stuff is safe.

Facility is clean but understaffed, Customers are at the mercy of a one man band behind the counter. Sometimes an extensive wait in dealing matters. Not the guys fault behind the counter. Also the facility is missing trollies for moving stuff. Suppose to be one in every building but in three weeks of use, and searching every building, no carts in sight. Facility clean but like all storage facilities, over-priced, but you can’t get a better deal elsewhere
