The Storage King facility on E. Alameda Ave in Denver is indeed well-secured. The unit I rented was very clean and easily accessible despite the size of the entire facility. In addition, the people in charge of the facility, Cliff and Karen, are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job running the facility. They explained everything in detail and gave me a nice familiarizing tour of the grounds. If I ever have a problem, I am positive Cliff and Karen will be able to resolve it. All-in-all, the Storage King business on Alameda is well-run, very secure, and nicely organized. This is definitely the place to go if you need a storage unit or two.

Let me start by saying I HATE moving! I get so overwhelmed.. I couldn't find my wallet. I needed to be out sooner than expected. Nothing was going smoothly whatsoever, as usual. I made my storage reservation for end of month. I paid online and went in the following morning to check in. Karen and cliff who run the storage King at 9898 E Alameda Ave in Denver/Aurora Colorado were so helpful. I was my best impression of complete wreck. I was able to do just about everything online. That was wonderful since I couldn't find my wallet. When I pulled up it was so clean I couldn't believe it was a storage place. I almost drove past it. The price is about 1/3 of what I was paying for a storage previously. and they got me in on the date I needed instead of my reservation date! I couldn't be more appreciative of Karen and Cliff. They were so helpful and understanding to me. I was a complete hot mess but they didn't treat me that way. What a relief, and fresh breeze compared to the rest of my move! Thanks for your kindness and understanding guys! You made my move a bit more bearable, and are the picture of professionality! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

So, I just had to share with everyone about Storage King USA. Wow, this facility is so well kept up and clean that it's great. Not to mention the wonderful and exceptional customer service with their knowledge. Both Karen and Cliff bring a whole new meaning to storage. I was looking to get a unit 10 x 15, but when both Karen and Cliff saw the amount of stuff I had, they immediately said I was going to need a much bigger unit. Which they were both 100% correct. On top of their customer service, these two make sure that your belongings are safe where they are stored with their constant routine lock checks and clean up. I'm flabbergasted and very much satisfied with this facility. Thank you so much, Karen and Cliff, for being such a great team and putting my mind at ease finally with knowing that I have nothing to worry about with storing my belongings in such a trouble time we are facing these days.
