I must admit, I was very iffy and had my reservations about looking into a storage unit as I had heard horror stories about how things had happened at various storage facilities. I decided to take a chance and look into a unit with your location. Upon arriving at your facility, I was greeted with the utmost cordiality and respect by Maddy, the lady at the front desk. I explained to her my needs and what I was looking to accommodate, and Maddy was extremely understanding and knowledgeable in regards to what the facility has to offer and the differences in units. She also laid to rest my worries and anxieties of the horror stories I had heard occur at other facilities and assured me of overall security measures put in place to leave tenants with ease when storing with your facility. Lastly as I am on a budget given extenuating circumstances, which I explained to Maddy, she provided me with thorough and clear information regarding promotional pricing a for new tenants which also laid my worries to rest. I am a firm believer that first impressions are a critical key for establishing referrals and a lasting image for one’s company and I feel Maddy exceptional customer service skills and communication are such a blessing for tenants like me who are new to this kind of thing to provide us with understanding and support given whatever our circumstances may be. It also helps that Maddy’s attitude was very respectful and compassionate to my needs which was EXTREMELY comforting and reassuring for what I will have to look forward to with you guys. Please keep up the excellent work Maddy and continue being an example of second to none customer service and integrity. I cannot wait to get my belongings in place to follow up with you guys again, (Hopefully Maddy again), in the next day or so for the go ahead with my unit. I use this place to store holiday and household items so it's nit all clustered in my house. Especially since I'm in the process of selling and buying. They give you a code to access the gate and it greets you by your name. It opens automatically when leaving. They have indoor and outside storage units and a variety of sizes. You will need a lock to put on it of course. The man in the office was super friendly and he was helpful. I love that I can access my unit whenever I need to instead of only certain hours. Also, the price is better than those I had compared!
