Wow! Talk about going the extra mile to help the customer. Stephanie is super supportive. We rented a spot over the internet for our motor home and when we got there the door was not high enough. Stephanie took charge of the issue and after a few tries found a spot where we could fit. Then she processed a refund for the too small unit and got us all checked into the new one. All without ever losing her smile and "no problem" attitude. We checked out for the summer but we know exactly where we will be headed when it's time to store it in the fall. I am VERY pleased with this location as it is close to my home, completely secure with gates and fencing, and someone is on site 24/7/365. I noticed the changes in the office space are noticeably nice along with the efficient and friendly service. The units are what's expected and reasonably priced considering the size I need. I appreciate the coded access into the storage area. We've never had an incident or worry about the security or getting flooded out during our five years renting.
