I have been a customer at this storage facility for a little over a year now. During this time, I always looked forward to seeing Todd, the previous manager, whenever I needed assistance. He made the switch from a smaller unit to a larger one seamless and hassle-free. Todd was incredibly kind and caring, really getting to know his customers on both a professional and personal level. Each visit was always a pleasant and enjoyable experience, thanks to him. It is unfortunate that Todd is no longer there, as he truly was a valuable asset to the facility. However, I must say that Sue, the newest manager at this location, has been just as exceptional in her role. Recently, I needed to pay my bill, and instead of paying over the phone as usual, I went to the office and met Sue for the first time. She was extremely kind-hearted and helpful throughout the process, answering all of my questions with patience and care. Sue goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied and happy when they leave the office. Her dedication to excellent customer service is truly commendable, and she has consistently made my experience at this storage facility positive. Thank you, Sue, for your outstanding service and for making sure that every customer feels valued and supported.

I have had the pleasure of using this storage facility for the past few months, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Sue has been absolutely fantastic—she is so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. When I had questions or need assistance, she was super quick to respond and make sure everything runs smoothly. The facility itself is clean and secure, but what made my experience great is the amazing customer service that sets this place apart. Highly recommend!??

I would definitely recommend this storage place. Great people super friendly very professional. I’m in the process of downsizing my unit, and Keith has been amazing with the information to get it taken care of. And an employer there name Clyde has been amazing offering to help me move my stuff from one unit to the other. I highly recommend this storage place. Both Keith and Clyde have been amazing.

If your looking for a safe place to keep your belongings as well as good management this is your place to go. Management goes beyond for you. Left a message after hours cause I was unable to access my account to make a online payment and Manager Keith took it upon himself to call me back reminder again after hours to make my payment. I felt so blessed cause I didn’t want to get a lien fee and because he took time that he didn’t have to, to call me back I was so appreciative. He cared and I was so thankful for that.

I stored my household goods and car for over 6 months, at any given time I stopped by my storage unit. Keith was always there and was very helpful. This storage location and Keith is the best storage combination because he is always working there and there were never any issues, Keith keeps everything in great shape, Its always clean and there are tons of cameras to make sure nothing is stolen or broken into. Keith monitors the video cameras, you can see the screens in the main office. Keith makes sure that the entire facility is in order, clean, and he is always willing to assist his customers with whatever questions, suggestions or staying in contact to let his customers know when they are coming close to their payment date This is absolutely the best storage place I have ever used, and Im retired military so I have had a lot of my stuff in storage throughout the years. Hands down there is not a better storage company with Keith at there helm and because Keith strives to make it the best experience it cannot be beat. Just had the greatest experience with Keith at Storage King. My apartment was recently burglarized and there was severe damage to my home. Because if this, I had to divert a shipment of a very large and heavy hospital bed for my mother to my unit at Storage King. I’m so glad I did. Keith took extra time out of his day to lend me a dolly and helped me lift the bed off the pallet. This would have been impossible to get to my unit by myself without his assistance. I’d highly recommend working with these guys as they are safe, secure, and their service has been unparalleled. Big thanks to these guys!

Amazing service and large storage units, I found it easy to find what I needed and move my things into the unit. The amount of prohibited items was problematic and the chances of getting locked in the facility after hours is an automatic wait and $40 charge to let you out.
