I am blown away. My first visit was terrible. I went after business hours. I could not believe the narrow alley was for driving on. So I both called and emailed to complain. I explained that I am handicapped and can not carry my boxes. Christy called me shortly after 9 the very next morning. She explained that my unit was indeed a drive up. I went back at about 11 that morning. My helper from the night before was not able to go with me. Here’s the WOW part. Christy saw me coming. She escorted me to my unit and helped make sure I would not damage my borrowed car. Then she opened the door to the unoccupied unit across the way to make it easier for me to get out. And then- she helped me unload my car. I still can’t believe it. She escorted me to the exit gate and opened it to help me out. That lady is an amazing and kind woman.

I rented a uhaul at their encanto location. The next day I returned it and was driving home when I realized that I left my garage opener inside the uhaul. Unfortunately the encanto location was closed. And I could not get a hold of anyone. I was locked out my house so I took my chances to go to their Indian school location. I talked to Christa/Krista And explained the situation. She was very understanding and accommodating she went out of her way to call Uhaul and ask for the code for the key box. And she even went there herself to help me out. I could not thank her enough for what happened. I am very thankful of her. Storage king Customer service is top notch. They really do care about their customers. If ever I do plan on renting a storage unit. I would definitely use their services. It is well recommended!
