Great experience overall. Paperwork process is consuming and tedious and not very customer friendly, but Joe the Manager was right there to assist and walk me through it on my phone and their App. All buildings and Storage units were clean, tightly and secure on my initial visit and when I returned with my things. The only negative is there is no hand truck or dolly to use to move items in or out or up and down the ramps unless you're there while the office is open. It would be more customer friendly if they were available inside the storage buildings. I also took advantage and used the wonderful offers on their web site to get 50% off the unit rental cost for 3 months when signing up. Don't miss the savings!!!!! Satisfied Customer in Melbourne FL.
