I chose Storage King because of the reviews, location and monthly rate and I’m so glad I did because Dee was a delight to work with. She was very friendly and warm and made the check-in process easy peasy. She basically sold the unit to me by being herself because I can tell she cares about her customers and has integrity.

Dee was great. She explained everything perfectly. Details were great she didn’t leave anything out and answered all my questions

She was patient and truly cared about our concerns we addressed when shopping storage units. I am so thrilled to have a climate controlled unit. Amy, the property manager at the Haslet, Texas office accommodated my request to switch from an outside unit to one inside. She made everything go as smoothly as possible and was very professional as well. I told her that I will refer others and intend to do just that through this review hopefully. If you are considering a storage unit, consider them. They have more affordable units as well as three levels of renters insurance to help protect your treasures.
