Great service with your store manager she was very helpful in the whole process. My only suggestions is fast computer system and more clear in description of locker being high up to where a stair ladder has to be used. Very clean and friendly service.

This company took over for two previous companies all resulting in a price increase which i could see being spent on the upgrades that they had to do however the reason i went to this place was because i could afford it. There rep “gene” is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable . but i still may have to get rid of it because its still more than i have allowed in my budget . 3/31/2022 I just recd in the mail that they plan to raise my rent not 5dollrs66llars not ten but 30.00 I can’t believe that they want my that much especially when they only put half the lights on at night and they don’t clean up the grounds or keep up the property. They don’t even have as many security cameras . They force you to carry insurance the company before them were great however I’m not happy with these new people so I plan to move storages are the 1 of the biggest rip offs.

SHYLO IS ALWAYS POSITIVE AND VERY FRIENDLY I HAVE REFERRED OUR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. EVERYTIME WE COME ITS THE SAME TREATMENT I AM VERY PLEASED THAT WE CHOSE TO USE STORAGE KING USA!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Property is always clean. Rental rates are reasonable and the access hours are better than any other facility in our area.

A little pricey but safe storage.

So far so good. The price is great. The staff seemed cool. I punch in, punch out no hassle. Heard there’s no security, I don’t know about that
