Just got to Panama city and found myself in a crunch space. I was able to completely book my unit and access it during a closed day. Even received the promotion. The next day Jeremy called and ensured I had no problem getting in and answered all my questions. Super nice dude. Facility was well kept and they do have multiple doors to accommodate different spaces inside, and we clean. When I found a place I took everything out and then forgot to close my account. Jeremy called again to ensure it was intentional and closed my account, thankfully as I might had forgot to do that. Thank you and I will be using storage king again in the future.

I have been renting with storage king USA for 2 months now. ANYTIME I have needed something Jeremy was there! The ease of getting my unit the first month was such an easy process there was no waiting in an office or signing any paper at a counter he called me set up my pin directed me where I would go, and everything was so simple. I called today because there was a nice size black widow in my unit, I am deathly afraid of spiders, I called Jeremy when I got there and he came and killed it for me! He is amazing and extremely friendly, I don’t think I could’ve found the customer service I get here anywhere else!

I told him what I had monetarily to work with and the approximate space I needed and he worked everything out so I could afford it. He was friendly and they have great benefits such as surveillance, gated, and many more. The overall experience was great.

Jeremy was extremely helpful right from the start. I called after making a mistake on the website with the rental, and he corrected the issue and had us set up with the unit we needed very quickly. He also called back after a few days to let us know everything was in order and check our arrival date. On the day we arrived, Jeremy brought a cart and a dolly to the area we were unloading, and made sure we had everything we needed. The units are very clean and well maintained, and access was easy. I highly recommend Jeremy and the Storage King on North Star Avenue in Panama City. Thank you Jeremy.

We've had a great experience here. We rented a unit online and then, upon arriving to view it with Jeremy, the manager, realized it was too small for our needs. He was instrumental in facilitating a military exception to get us reimbursed for the initial fee for a new unit. Without his help, we would have had to pay that fee twice, for both the unit we eventually used and the first unit we'd rented online earlier that day that we hadn't used yet. Highly recommend!

Super easy set up! The manager was super nice and made the renting of a storage unit easy and simple! I chose a unit inside the building, loved that it was key-padded and you have to put in a code every-time you go in, It had a slide door which makes bringing and taking things to the unit nicely.I also, really enjoyed the dolly they had that made moving heaven-sent lol! The price for rent was pretty decent, and the moving process out was non-existent it was that easy! Just tell them when ur last day will be and they’ll end it on ur rent date and you won’t be charged for the new month! Just moved your stuff out before the end date and that’s it. This is also my first storage unit I have ever owned and I have nothing but great reviews for the place!

I was needing a storage unit quickly and I had driven by on star avenue the night before and could help but notice how the building stood out and was brightly lighted up with a large security fence surrounding it. We took a drive into the facility and just drove around to take a look . Once I decided on a unit size from the web site . I called and my call went to VM. Before I could check my message I had another call coming in. I answered it and Jeremy addressed himself and told me when I was ready or if I just wanted to take a look to let him know and we’d set an apt . Well what better time than right then , we made it to the site about 6 pm not only was Jeremy helpful he knew his business through out . He showed pride and enthusiasm for his product . I checked in. The place was shiny and clean as a new penny.. I felt very secure and at ease with my choice . Thank you Jeremy for helping me feel secure and safe .

The units are impressive. There's a huge variety of options for anyone's needs. Jeremy was amazing and quickly helped me determine the best option to meet my needs. He gave me a grand tour and made the entire process so simple. It was fast and painless and pressure free. Paperwork was a breeze and we were done before I knew it. I was given many unit options with unbelievably low prices, and even offered additional promotions you wouldn't find at other facilities, that saved me even more money. I'm very satisfied with my choice!

Great price for climate control storage! The facility is always clean, well lit, and has a clean restroom. We ended up dropping a large frame and glass was shattered on the floor. Fortunately, Jeremy was working in the office and immediately came to help us! He even carried the box of glass shards to the dumpster for us and sent us on our way. He was so respectful and professional that it really took the stress out of a bad situation.

I was in need of a storage unit fast due to a having to move quickly. It was so easy to get a hold of someone here and get my unit available in 2 days! I had a unit inside with climate control. The building was very clean and safe due to needing an access code to enter. I never felt unsafe going to my unit alone at any time of day. It was difficult some times to get a hold of someone on the phone in the past if I had questions, or needed to update my info but now with Jeremy there at the Panama City location he is such a huge help!!! This is a great storage unit company I highly recommend them!!???? thank you Jeremy and everyone at Storage King that helped me when I needed it!!
