Update: I recently moved out of this unit and wanted to comment on my overall experience since most storage unit reviews only mention the customers initial move in experience. This facility was always clean and well maintained. I did have 3 issues: 1. No carts. I had to buy my own storage cart to tote things back and forth. 2. Automatic lighting. Most storage units have these and it’s not usually a problem, but the lights seemed to go out every 5 minutes and I would be in complete darkness. I would have to walk to another hall so the motion sensor could detect my movement and turn the light on again. However, I did eventually bring a lamp that I was able to plug in. These were minor inconveniences but thought I should mention them. 3. I rented my unit for about a year. My rate increased about $15 after the first 3 months. Then recently it increased another $20 which is why I decided to move out. Other than that, my experience with this unit was positive. No break ins and no bugs. Excellent service. Very clean facility. I was able to see the unit beforehand and Jordan helped me out and made me feel very at ease. He was so nice, and guided me in selecting the exact type of unit I was looking for.

The property is clean, well maintained, and beautifully manicured, but what truly sets this place apart is the management. The move-in process was as smooth and stress-free as possible, and Brittany, the property manager, made all the difference. She took the time to show me multiple unit sizes to ensure I chose exactly what I needed, patiently explained every part of the paperwork, and answered all my questions in a way that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was her professionalism, courtesy, and—above all—her ability to truly listen. Brittany focused on understanding my needs first and then addressing them thoughtfully, without any pressure or sales tactics. Her approach made the decision easy, and because of her, I wouldn’t consider renting anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Everything was great i can't remember the young lady's name but she was awesome in helping me with parking space thank you storage king.
