Ana Also charged me an additional $80 with out Authorization because she had to rent a jack to move a trailer that was parked behind me that couldn’t get out. That’s why its called storage you store stuff. I was out of town my vehicle was parked within my yellow lines that trailer was not my problem. Good luck trying to get them on phone I kept leaving messages to find out why they charged me $200 she would never call back when she did she was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a corporate phone number. I had to search Google and found the property owners and they supposedly relayed what that crazy lady did to the District manager but nobody ever contacted me. I recently had to fly down there and got my RV out of that facility. My RV was actually full of Roaches Termites and lizard poop this place is infested. DON’T STORE ANYTHING HERE. go to public storage or anywhere else that lady is a freak and storage kings does not have a customer service you can call to resolve things. They have a bot that just sends messages to the store. I’m leaving my 5 stars so that my review stays on top but this place is a negative 20 stars. Absolute worst.

I have been a customer at this storage facility for several years and recently encountered an issue where my payments defaulted. I was able to work with them to construct an abandonment agreement so that I could pay the amount and remove my effects instead of them being auctioned off. Felicia was absolutely amazing and helped me sort out this issue with a satisfactory outcome for all parties. I really appreciate her assistance throughout this entire process. She was incredibly detailed in her notes and explanations. She sent me emails keeping me apprised of the process and informing me on how to proceed and answered all of my questions. I would definitely come back to Storage King for my storage needs in the future.

I’m writing this review for folks that are about to sign up AND who just signed up. How can it be half what other places are charging, was my first question. Well, it’s a little off the beaten path AND I did the entire process online. The online rate is ~$5 cheaper than walking into the office. Tried that at 2pm and no one was there, so i booked online. You’ll be hit immediately with a $30 adimin charge for filling in a 30 page lease agreement, that requires your Drivers License and last four of your social. Paying to do all the work raised an eyebrow. Then you need proof of insurance or you pay another $12 (monthly) for $2k of insurance. About 12 hours later you get an email with approval, the locker # and the gate code, which is difficult to memorize because it is 10 digits long. That’s followed by a half dozen, “welcome to party, pal” emails. Once you get the code you can go right in. There’s no published map of the place, so, after driving around a bit, i figured i would try some doors to the 2 large interior buildings. They are all unlocked (no code to enter) and A-L are connected to Tractor Supply and Q-Y (dont quote me on the last letter) are in the stand alone building, which is a bit spooky. it has the timer lights. use them. there are only limited lights on 24/7 in that building. I was in A-L and that building had plenty of lighting and a safe feel. The smaller units (5×5) have swing open doors but look like roll-ups. thought that was cute. the locker roofs are chicken wire, they dont go floor to ceiling. i’d say they go up 8-10 feet which was plenty for me. Kinda bummed that access is from 8am to 10pm, but i guess that saves on electricity and keeps the price down. I suggest you get the lock from tractor supply next door, but even those prices where thru the roof. Overall, clean, (like shiny clean) safe, and everything in working order, couple of hidden charges (to be expected) and you can read the other reviews for how often the rent goes up, I’m only there a month so far.

Although I ultimately rented elsewhere due to time constraints, I would consider them in future due to the great customer service from Alex.
