Helpful. They explained the contract clearly and thoroughly. You have to buy their insurance unless you have a homeowners or renters policy which covers off-site storage (which most policies do). Their website did not allow signing up using our own insurance, but I called and they had me email my policy declarations page. I still had to go in person to complete the contract. You provide your own padlock for the storage locker (or buy one from them).

These folks are awesome! I needed to move asap and found this business and the rates are very reasonable. They are kind, caring and have security so I know my belongings are safe and protected. They recommended the round disk locks as the best ones to use and I even got a discount. You'll need to check w then about a discount since I'm not the owners. They even have a rescue pup and that gives me peace of mind because but tells me where their hearts are at, ya know? Highly recommend this storage place!
