We live in the middle of the US and fly to Florida 3-4 times a year. We have found that storing items we need for our trips is much more convenient than trying to pack and bring those items in checked baggage. (Plus many items we store are simply not feasible to bring with us.) Picking up our items is a breeze with the carts that are always available. Also, we have been pleasantly surprised at how fresh our items smell coming out of storage. No “musty” odor at all! The humidity control at this facility is outstanding. Laura is responsive to any and all communications–whether by email or phone. She’s a wonderful asset to this Storage King location.

Moving has never been a very pleasing experience for me in the past, the stresses of time constraints, traffic, expense, the Florida heat and humidity causing added aggravation. Laura however made all that melt away with her pleasant smile and personality. She was upfront with cost as far as after taxes, pricing out the door. Not pricing before taxes. I like that, no hidden surprises. I feel that she went above and beyond her job description as to assist me with providing tools and other Gadgets in making my storage move in that much easier. She saw that I was sweating profusely and without any prompting, provided me with a bottle of ice cold water. I highly recommend this facility if you question going anywhere else.
