Booked a U-Haul to be picked up after hours. The truck was parked on the side of the building ready to go. Truck was clean and photos on the app were easily uploaded. Upon return during normal business hours, the attendant waited for me at the door and took the keys. The app is a little confusing and repetitious but that’s no fault of this location. To whom this may concern. I have been a loyal customer at storage King USA for a few years. I’m so happy for the gentleman that took over. He is the most pleasant person. Like he takes it beyond storage like he knows me by name he knows my kids my name and he goes over and above to help and solve any problems that we may have. I would rate this location a five and then his assistant the young lady that just started she’s very pleasant as well she’s learning the ropes and she’s doing a very amazing job. Jerry at Storage King in San Carlos Park store was extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. He took time to explain everything and also to show me where the unit was, etc. On the other hand the main number I called and spoke to a woman and I wrote her name down, but lost that paper. She gave a lot of wrong information, like sale price, 5 x 9 etc. I was very disappointed that info was wrong. I would probably have gone elsewhere but was on a tight schedule and Jerry was so super. Give Jerry 100 stars if you can. I do not have photos.

Laurie was such a big help! She was very fast and informative with our rental. She got us the best price possible and let us pickup our truck earlier than I reserved it for! I accidentally kept the truck for an extra day and she took care of setting up the extension. This is my first time in Florida and I got to say I haven’t had the best experience with the people, but she was the only one that was nice and respectful towards us!
