The staff was very friendly all the way until I moved out. So for that they earned my 5 star review. However... Twice I received an email explaining that they have had to increase storage prices "as the cost of doing business increases with inflation" and that really rubbed me the wrong way. You just built a nice expensive looking expansion. You are located out in the country. Inflation was not the issue, but making more profit was.

The facility is advertised as no contact, which is surely possible, but if you need a human contact either Shannon or Ryann are on site during posted hours to assist you directly. We are currently renting two storage units for our business. The team (Barron and Ryann) at Storage King in Argyle have been wonderful to deal with. The property is clean, storage units are huge and there is a lot of room to navigate our truck/trailer. We have upgraded to larger units a couple of times and the transaction went quickly and smoothly.

I used this same facility when it was Argyle storage and never had an issue, but I also never met anyone that worked there. I came back after a year of Travel Nursing and looks like things have changed. First off, Barron gave me a list of all the options they had on the phone and met me me there the moment I arrived. He also escorted me to my new spot and helped me park my RV, none of this was necessary but it’s that extra step that makes me feels save leaving my RV parked there. Things have changed, but looks like an upgrade to me! Only thing I could even be picky about is the price of the covered parking, just a little high if you ask me.
