Oh. My. Goodness!!! Our family bought a travel trailer very last minute. We realized as soon as we got home that there was no way for it to fit in our driveway, even temporarily. I reserved a space at highway 21 storage online and headed that direction. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out how to use our gate code. The facility was closed but as a last resort, we tried the number. AND THEY PICKED UP! The gentleman was SO SO kind. He helped get our code activated and stayed on the phone with us until we located our spot. He reviewed all of the amenities we could take advantage of. Just above and beyond what was required of him. We are so, so grateful for his welcoming. I am more than happy to pay monthly for a spot at a facility that truly cares about his customers. Called Mark and asked to take a look at the RV storage area...Mark was extremely helpful, allowed us to view the RV parking area, told us about the new wash bay and an air compressor for checking our tires before a trip. Great facility, lots of room for backing a trailer, 12' wide parking areas, pavement, great security fence, cameras...clean, well organized with easy access from highway. And reasonable rates!!!

Rented an uncovered spot for my RV today. This place is great! Brand new, paved roads unlike other places that are gravel or dirt. There is a wash bay and air compressor. Also really like the fact that it is very spacious with easy in, out and turning. Excellent lighting at night is also a big plus. Manager was very nice and signing up on-line was super easy.
