Very quick and easy. i received a phone call within minutes of submitting the booking online. The representative was friendly and helpful. When I got on site she answered all my questions & helped me purchase packing supplies I needed. During the unit inspection she clearly explained how to enter and exit the facility as well as how to lock up the unit. The entire process was quick, informative and painless. Thanks Storage King! Used the internet to rent a unit. Checked in. Put my padlock on it. Went and loaded my truck. Keycode will not work. And of course no one is available to help after 6pm. It’s 6:15…now I have to go unload everything I loaded. What a waste of time. It also cost more than the list price. Edit- The following day they went above and beyond to fix the issue. It was an honest mistake…..and maybe I was a bit hangry too.

I really thought my options were limited and decided to check them out and give them a chance. I was really impressed by the manager who was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was very welcoming and you can tell that the facility is really taken care of. The place is secure and clean. I was very happy with my unit. She took the time to help me and made my experience great. I felt welcomed and confident that I made the right decision to come here. The hours are flexible. They are accessible if you have any questions or concerns. So excited that it is a drive up facility which makes life so much easier. You can just pull up to your unit. So happy I took the chance.
