I didn't choose to use the gate opening app since I only needed the unit for a couple months but that was a nice option to have. The service at checkout was excellent. They made sure I wouldn't be charged for an extra month by checking in right when I needed it. Highly recommend!

After checking out several storage places in the area we ultimately decided to rent a storage unit from Storage King USA mostly because of Justine, the property manager. Justine was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions, showed us the unit and even gave us storage/security tips. Although our home good didn't arrive yet, the customer service we received from Justine over the last two days in person and over the phone makes me feel good about renting a unit on this lot. We also absolutely love the fact that the unit has two doors, one in the front and one in the back, which should make accessing our belongings much easier!

I called and Justine walked me through the process, which made it seamless. Considering I called 15 minutes before close, I was especially impressed. She didn’t seemed rushed at all. I also rented a truck through Penske that dropped off and picked up there. I was in the office and Amy walked me through that process which again made everything go off without a hitch. She is knowledgeable about her units and availability. If she is in the office she always answers the phone and/or door and if not, she is quick to return calls. I have rented storage units off & on from various places over the years & this by far has been the best rental experience. Hands down. The staff is great to work with & they make sure that you feel like your unit's security is their top priority. Additionally, their having carts & dollies available to use at the storage location that little "something extra" a lot of other storage facilities don't bother with. And while they aren't the cheapest location, as the saying goes "You get what you pay for" & I think this place is money well spent.

Great experience, very easy to rent. All information was explained fully. I rented on Feb. 17, on Feb. 18 I actually went to the unit. I was unable to gain access to the unit due to all the snow and ice built up around the door. The rope attached to the door handle was frozen to the ground under approx. 4 inches of ice. I was told by office to wait a couple days until the weather warmed up. I would hope that if that is in fact the case, my rental will be extended 4 days without any additional charge.

Manager did a great job, I do not remember his name! I made a reservation online they called me to follow up and see when I wanted to come in. Manager explained everything to me thru the signing process as well as show me where my unit was. The following day I started to bring stuff and the other manager was there and she say people were moving stuff in so she was out in the little buggy monitoring things, made me feel good and happy.
