Great experience renting a spot this afternoon after researching online in previous days. Both Josh and Brandon were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, and showed me out on the lot for prospective spots. I had some issues reserving on-line. I needed a storage space for an RV and the AI app assigned me a regular storage space. Y’all need to fix that! I went directly to the Storage King location and the gentleman there was able to correct my reservation with minimal delay. Whoever that gentleman was, he’s doing a great job and deserves recognition for top notch customer service! That’s all I have to say. Great experience overall.
