I just upgraded my unit that I’ve had since last summer with Katrice, and Katrice is FABULOUS! I’m only staying with Storage King because of the incredible customer service that Katrice provides. She is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough when explaining everything, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood my options. She made the entire upgrade process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she truly cares about helping customers, not just doing her job. It’s rare to come across service like this these days, and Katrice absolutely goes above and beyond. If you’re considering storage here, she’s the reason to do it!

First experience with this company and it was very easy to reserve my unit. The website was also easy to manage. Right after I reserved I got a call for a very professional person that answered any further questions. So far excellent company and I hope that continues when I take my first load to the storage unit.
