It is clean and well maintained. No pests during the 2 years I've used the facilities. My only grievance is the convoluted method of reaching the center. Your initial call is routed to a national call center then transferred to the agent over multiple centers in your city who still cant answer your question. Then instead of transferring you directly to the facility I store my belongings at, I was told to use the chat feature online to get my answer. I do as instructed, only for the chat to tall me contact my facility!! I ended up driving to the facility and getting my questions answered, but it should be more simple to call the center directly.
