We require a $29 admin fee and proof of insurance to rent a storage unit. You can purchase it through us if you don’t have storage insurance. Payments are due monthly with a minimum of one month of rental.

Chris at thr property was extremely helpful and nice. I got an online price that is 1/4 of thr price we pay at our current storage unit and I was assured they would not increase as often as many other storage units in the surrounding area. Very pleased so far.
