I was desperate and needed quick storage while making settlement. Storage King USA came through. Even though the office at my chosen location was closed I was able to secure a climate controlled unit with a single phone all. Everyone was very helpful. Customer Service was great. I was able to put things in storage later that day. Thank you.

Raven at the Storage location on Hook Road is absolutely amazing if I could give her 10 stars I would. She is beyond professional, always happy and clearly went above and beyond in this snowstorm she was out there With her shovel, digging through mountains of ice just to help me get into my storage, with a smile on her face and always upbeat! Her energy is so positive, she turned my frown upside down! Still professional through it all I have to be honest I probably would have left this storage facility if it was not for her Professionalism and kindness she jumped right in to assist and just absolutely made my day! Thank you again Raven for everything you did and everything you continue to do to make my experience a pleasant one 10+ stars
