I had a storage here maybe 1 or 2 years. When i 1st rented a storage unit the prices were great and had alot of good amenities. A few months passed they closed down the wash bays, raised the prices then unfortunately they started parking RVs near the vaccum areas which was the 1 thing i loved about this facility but then they finally took them off and raised the price again. There was never anyone to get a hold of within those 2 yrs in person. i dont know how all these reviews keep talking about talking to someone in the office when the doors were always locked various times of the days. Especially when i tried to ask how to use the air compression the doors were locked i went around 2 pm on a day maps said they were open. I asked someone using the rv dumps if they knew how it worked and found out they have not worked in almost a year. Its frustrating when you call the number or email for this specific location and they kept saying you need to contact someone at that facility. i told them i kept calling number and always get directed somewhere else. All i was trying to find out why i was paying more than the bigger unit and why are prices rising when all these things are "breaking/shutting down. The good thing about this location is it seemed safe and secure good location but honestly the prices are not worth it.

We have rented here since they opened and it’s very safe and nice to have covered RV parking. Staff is great. The only downfall is the rates raise fairly often. But would recommend to anyone looking for a place to store an RV.
