We just rented a unit at Storage King Neptune and we had an excellent experience. In person, we met with the manager who helped us change units with no problems - she also explained the policies and procedures so our move-in was seamless. We also received follow-up calls to our inquiries which made the process easy. The unit was clean, the facility has excellent security - definitely recommend!

Renting was a breeze!!! Christine and Laura were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that, but they both went above and beyond on customer service, making the whole experience relaxing and stressfree, rather than it just feeling transactional.
