We just checked in to our rental and had a few issues that Grace quickly and kindly took care of. Great customer service and happy with our choice to use Storage King.

I have been a customer of Storage King for 2 years. The facility is kept clean and secure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer climate control units that are very reasonably priced. I am very happy knowing my unit is secured and monitored by camera. Thanks bunches for the great service.

I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility. The units are exceptionally clean, secure, and clearly well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that the property is managed with great care and attention to detail. What truly sets this place apart is the manager, Grace. She is, without question, the most informed, professional, and genuinely kind manager I have ever worked with. Every question was answered thoroughly, every concern was addressed promptly, and they went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. Their knowledge, patience, and dedication to customer service are remarkable. If you're looking for a storage facility that is safe, spotless, and run by someone who truly cares about their customers, this is the place. I highly recommend it and would gladly give more than five stars if I could.
