The price is great for the location. I have a 12x10, drive up unit and pay around 80 a month with insurance. So, not too bad for the area. I have not had any issues with management, or theft. However, during heavy rain it does tend to flood. I have not seen how high the water can actually go, but Last month (Dec. 2022) during the last big rain we had my unit did take on a small amount of water, but it was only at the very front of the unit and it did not damage anything. Just be aware that if you are storing anything here and do not want it to get wet you may think of elevating what ever you are bringing in. But maybe this should be standard for all out door units. No general complaints. If anything changes I will give an update.
