A 5 out of 5 experience. We rented a small unit a few months ago and decided we needed a bigger unit. Management and customer care transitioned us with ease and care making sure we could transfer our things with as little disruption as possible. We had a small hiccup in signing the new contract via email and a customer care agent reached out and helped navigate the missed information. She made the process smooth and even made sure to get us a unit close to the one we already had. We definitely would recommend Storage King if your in need of a storage unit.
