We worked with Carol to rent a climate controlled 5x10x8 unit. She helped greatly with a seamless application process, payment set up and check in with the new unit. The storage buildings and grounds are spotless. Greatly appreciate the help from Carol since we were rushed with a move. Thanks

Laura is hands down the best manager I’ve dealt with at any storage facility. She’s professional, respectful, and actually cares about the people renting units — not just the paperwork. Everything is organized, clean, and handled efficiently. If there’s ever a question, she doesn’t brush you off — she takes the time to explain things clearly and gets it done. What really stood out to me was her willingness to help when it didn’t directly benefit her. She allowed flyers to be posted for a missing dog without hesitation. That kind of compassion says a lot about someone’s character. Facilities are buildings. Good management is what makes the difference — and Laura absolutely makes the difference here. Five stars isn’t enough.yhank you forever...
