Carol Bailey was so professional .From the moment i walked in she explained in detail and offered to show me the units i was considering.Needless to say i did not look anywhere else because I was so happy that she made my move stress free !I do recommend Storage King USA on Roddfield.

I rented a storage unit and a mail box from storage King for 5 years. First I want to say that Carol was so kind and professional every time I went into the office. When my mail box was full she would empty it and put my mail in a bag and call me to let me know that she had my mail. She would ask how my husband and I were doing. The facility was always so clean and I liked that it was very secured. I moved out of my unit in January of 2026. Today I went in to rent a cover spot for my RV. I walked into the office and saw Carol again. So happy she is still there. I recommend your storage units to friends and family. Keep up the great work.

Carol, the property manager was super helpful and kind. Helped me set up a new spot and close my camper spot. Super simple process. Great facility and always clean. Highly recommend you store here!
