When can I access my self storage unit?

Our regular access hours are 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. However, it is possible to set up 24/7 access at our facilities. Just give us a call.

Can I rent temporary storage at your Lucerne Park location?

Yes! We handle month-to-month rental agreements with a minimum rental period of one month. If your storage needs change, you can move units or start or stop a rental.

What security features does Storage King have for Winter Haven, FL storage units?

Our Winter Haven storage facility is fully fenced and has gate-protected access. We also have video recording and bright lighting for your peace of mind.

What do I need to rent a self-storage in Winter Haven, FL?

You can follow the online rental process for an available storage unit or give us a call to start a rental. As a part of this process, you will need to pay a $29 administrative fee and provide proof of insurance (if you don’t have it, we can help you get a low-cost policy) to start a rental. Unit rental payments are due monthly, and the minimum rental period is one month.

I'd like to say thank you to Rober Carter at the Lucerne Park rental storage location for helping me find the right unit. He was very kind and patient with me in taking care of my storage rental needs with expertise! HE EVEN CAUGHT AN ERROR ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS! Also, I Also want to thank Rose and another gentleman at the call center for helping me reserve a unit that I was warning. I was able to rent the unit and move things in the storage unit on the same day! Great teamwork!
