The combination between Zoey AI services and Jeffrey from property management made everything smooth and efficient from start to finish. Zoey AI made the initial steps quick and straightforward, answering questions clearly and guiding me through the process without any confusion. When it came time for finalizing everything, Jeffrey stepped in and provided excellent support. Additionally, I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Overall, the transition from AI assistance to in-person management felt seamless, and it really shows how well their system is set up. I'm new to Storage King but so far I find it great. The facility is clean and in good order, the keypad process is easy, and it's more fairly priced than the last place I used for storage. It's also close to home. So far it's all good in my book!
