From the moment I walked in, Dave at Storage King (Capital Circle NW) greeted me with a smile. He was friendly and helpful. He was so patient with me and my 101 questions. Dave made the whole process smooth. He listened to what I was looking for and then showed me two units he thought would fit what I needed. I really appreciate him taking the time to go over all the different options for the insurance. He also mentioned that if I had homeowners insurance that would also cover my storage. The customer service was top-notch! Thanks Dave!

Manager Dave was very helpful even after hours when the wrong locks were bought for my unit, the manager remained courteous and reassured my wife all would be taken care of before he left the property

I’ve rented units twice from this facility. Both times were climate controlled, the facility grounds were well-kept. The facility has a great manager— professional communication, quick with resolving any concern or questions, and was reliable when returning calls for any update or answer I needed. Easy website navigation where you can see units available, sign up, and rent. Highly recommend this facility if you need a climate control unit!

The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the lady in the office was very nice and professional. However, I am extremely disappointed that my gate code has never worked since the day I rented my unit. Every single time I need access, I’m forced to call customer service for a temporary emergency code. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, yet nothing has been resolved. At this point, the lack of action is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
