Thomas is an outstanding Manager and person who represents Storage King and clients with respect and treats you wonderful. Great climate controlled security for your cars and personal items.

I love the Storage King USA, Fort Lauderdale location. I have been a customer for about 8 years and had about 6 different storage units. Thomas who runs the location is always incredibly helpful. The facility is state of the art. It's always easy in and out (I just got back from a drop off trip that took about 15 minutes). It's definitely secure and safe. Highly recommended. Recently we needed a larger unit and we did look around at other options. What we found: the prices elsewhere are not as good, and apparently those other places raise rates pretty frequently. We were able to take advantage of a special offer at Storage King and get a bigger unit for about the same price. Also I just feel comfortable knowing Thomas is the manager. I always call in advance of a visit to my storage unit to make sure they are open and available. Tom then makes my unit available so no waiting when I show up. 😀 The phone number listed for the facility sometimes rings at a central switchboard for the company, not the Fort Lauderdale location; they then pass along a note via email to the Fort Lauderdale facility. It's a little circuitous but I've been able to make it work. Visiting the facility in person is probably the easiest way to be able to speak with them if you want to rent a unit or access your current unit.

Contacting staff at the building took some time but, that is just a small issue. Tom, who manages the facility is knowledgable and easy to work with. Came away knowing that I had found the right storage for my car. Strongly recommend.
