I just rented a storage unit this week.So far, the office lady was pleasant and helpful.The facility looks very clean and l don't have to walk too far to my unit.The price is reasonable,and l like the 9-9 Mon-Sun access ability.

I made the unfortunate mistake of contracting a unit with this business 3 months ago and will be finding a different company to store my belongings in by the end of the month. It’s unfortunate that every interaction and cause for the interactions have been negative. First, I was given the map that they draw on to show me how to get to my unit(a 5x5), so I followed the hand drawn line and begun moving in, but first I had to clean it myself because it was not done prior to me moving in. There were streamer type things and a bunch of dirt and dust. I should have taken that as my sign and find somewhere else, but I didn’t so here we are. Over the next week, I moved in my things and then didn’t come back for about 2 weeks. That’s when I was shocked to see my lock cut off and TWO of theirs put on. I was super confused because I had paid for 2 months in advance. I went to the office to find out what was happening and was greeted with an attitude that shouldn’t happen in customer service and ESPECIALLY because they’re the ones who screwed up, not I. I was told that I moved into the wrong unit and was treated like I was being nefarious. That was literally the farthest from the truth. I explained to the ever so pleasant lady that I followed the hand drawn directions to the unit exactly and she begrudgingly realized it was their fault and not mine. (The unit was literally the farthest one from the front door and the one they actually wanted me in was at the very front(ya, why would I choose that location over the other?) anyways….. she didn’t want to replace my lock they cut off but after replaying the scenario to her again, she wisely chose to replace mine. So, here I was, at my lunch break having to move my unit and ended up being super late getting back to work. I could not believe the state of the “NEW”unit she left me to move into. It was so much worse than the first!! It had multiple pieces of broken glass(ranging from small to large pieces, LOTS of mouse poop and dirt. Lots of dirt. I should have left then but I didn’t only because I had to get back to work. I swept the unit, and moved in my belongings. Yes, I have receipts. I took video. I wish I would have taken video of asking for the next month compensated, because next thing I know I’ve received late fees and am being told they won’t reverse them. They also have screwed the pooch with my renters insurance I provided on the day I moved in. They can’t find the information they took from me regarding my policy so I wouldn’t need to purchase theirs. They need to get their acts together. Sorry for the length of this. I will NOT be returning after this month. This is the dirtiest facility I’ve ever rented from and the manager lady is not pleasant to deal with in the least bit. No customer service skills and she needs to get up and clean the place. The halls are filthy, mice, dirt and all around funk. I do not want my valuables here any longer to run the risk of things getting destroyed. All around this has been a terrible experience. I would not recommend by this place to anyone.
