Frankie was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My experience with the internet rental agreement completion caused me to stop and chose to go to the site. (It did accept my payment.) She had what was needed and it was completed in about 10 minutes. The locker was very clean and ready to go. Great place to go for personal stuff storage.

It was a hot uncomfortable day but it was not a issue for her to take us out to view different units for us to decide what size we were going to be needing. Frankie was very accommodating she showed me around and even went out of her way to help me move to another unit. Because I was not happy with the unit I had. She even help me when I went back 2 days later and she did not even have too. Go Frankie
