Storage King in North Carolina is a wonderful storage unit facility with great customer service and wonderful people! On Saturday 3/14/26 I spoke to Call Center Wanda she was very professional and very accommodating. My on-site manager at the Apex location Regina is the best on the business. Need storage for a short time, Storage King is Midway to where I can get to from my new location. The young lady that is at Storage King in Apex North Carolina was phenomenal. She helped me with my paperwork, informed me with all the details that I needed to know, walked me through to my storage unit location, as well as help to make sure my code entered in the keypad was alright. She made me feel very comfortable and okay with renting from storage King, she went over a beyond her call of duty working for Storage King USA. Those kind of people are hard to find on a job. when they give their all but the owners don't give their all for them. You should be very grateful for her dedication to her job, she made my experience at your business a great one.
