ANDOVER PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A BAYTOWN, TX SELF-STORAGE FACILITY
BAYTOWN, TX – June 1, 2023 – Andover Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 55,160 SF self-storage facility in Baytown, TX. The facility, previously Watson & Taylor Self Storage, will be rebranded under Andover’s Storage King USA brand.
The facility has 401 units in a variety of sizes and is located on over 3 acres of land. The largest storage units can accommodate vehicles, including RVs. The asset is located in a prime area near several businesses and the Baytown Village shopping district.
