You only need a few things to rent a storage unit with us. We require you to have valid insurance,* and we also require a one-time payment of a $29 admin fee. Payments are due monthly, and the minimum rental length is one month.
*Insurance is required on all items stored with Storage King USA. If your homeowners’ or renters’ policy includes offsite storage coverage, please bring in a copy of your current policy. Otherwise, we can provide information on low-cost insurance coverage through SBOA.
