IF I COULD GIVE A O I WOULD. My husband and I recently moved to Texas and needed a storage unit. We also just had a baby and baby furniture we needed to store until we could move into our home. After keeping our things there for almost 6 months we found that they have a serious PEST issue and now we've lost THOUSANDS of dollars in furniture for our new home and new baby. This terrible place has set us back by so much money. AFTER SAVING DURING MY ENTIRE PREGNANCY. Money that we could've used to buy our baby diapers or essentials for our new home. We found a DEAD RAT stinking up our storage unit. Not only a DEAD RAT. But DEAD RAT URINE. BODILY FLUIDS AND FECES have seeped into our brand new couch. And our boxes in the unit. Along with finding a DEAD RAT. There is an infestation of SPIDERS. we also found dead MAGOT LARVE all over our things. We are a young family of 3 just starting our lives and our family and friends helped us tremendously to get that furniture for our baby and now this place has set us back so far. Our babies clothes, bed and toys have been contaminated and I can't even begin on the loss of our personal items. NO THERES NO FOOD OR ANYTHING THAT SHOULD ATTRACT A RAT WITHIN OUR UNIT.

**** an account open under my name after the account was closed and unit cleared. Previous property manager ******* **** never closed the account as promised and did not remove my card from the system. Card continued to be charged for several months with $1000 in unauthorized charges. The account was closed in 2023. The property continued charging from ********* until I went in person AGAIN and demanded it be stopped! The current district manager first chose to ignore my concerns from March 2024 until August 2025 to receive a refund. It wasnt until a contact form was completed and another district manager shed light for him to act morally and respond. It has taken over two years for a simple issue to be resolved. I am grateful he finally responded and have made some credits but there is still a balance remaining to be credited. To which I have proof and a recording that the funds were to be credited back a long time ago in November 2023, and no other charges should have been made. Im still awaiting a response from **** the district manager. I have been patient long enough. Two years is no excuse as to why this situation has not been resolved properly and professionally once and for all. They are responding and treating it as if theyre doing me a favor that my card was left open on an account and unit that had been rented to someone one and kept accumulating unauthorized charges. Ive had previous good experience with a storage unit, wish I had the same experience here. I would not recommend.
