Matt was super helpful and hospitable! I actually had to switch units after paying for first one and he did everything without any issues and made the process super quick and easy. We just moved here and I have never liked using storage units, but we need to temporarily as we dont have space for everything, and Matt made it as easy as possible and was very friendly!

This has been the absolute best process from start to finish with this storage facility. Not only did the manager go above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed, they accommodated with me a larger unit, and just absolutely spectacular service all the way around.

The storage king representative phoned after I renter the storage unit online and offered additional assistance to complete my rental. He provide access code assistance shared the entry hours of the facility and a willingness to ensure I was totally satisfied.
