Kim made my move-in experience genuinely outstanding. I booked a 10x10 unit online, but Kim still took the time to reach out and ensure everything was set up perfectly for me. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She is incredibly personable, but also highly efficient. Because she is so refreshingly transparent and straightforward, she explains things clearly, answers questions directly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about the quality of her work. I have rented storage off and on for over 40 years, and I can honestly say I have never had such a positive first experience at a facility. The property is clean, well-kept, and professionally managed, and the climate-controlled option is a huge plus. On top of that, the rate I received is fantastic. To management: Finding someone with this level of dedication is rare in customer service today. Kim is the kind of employee who builds customer trust immediately and is a massive asset to your team. She absolutely deserves recognition for her excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

Thank you Kim for all your help and going out of your way to make sure I was happy .It is great to have my RV in a covered spot and close to home. Thank you for always being pleasant and going the extra mile. This place is reasonably and I love that it is gated.Thanks again

Storing my camper close to home was super easy. Storage King USA offer detailed maps and instructions for parking in the storage lot. The paperwork was straight forward and took only a few minutes. The team was pleasant and answered all my questions.
