Storage King USA - Dutton Meadow

I've been renting at Storage King USA for several years, and I especially want to give Keith, the property manager, some well-deserved recognition. I originally chose this facility after doing a lot of research and calling around, and they had the best prices I could find in the area. I've continued renting here because I've had a good experience overall, and since Keith took over, I've been especially impressed with the care he puts into his job and the people he interacts with. When I recently needed additional storage space, Keith and Nate took the time to show me the available units and help me figure out what would work best. Keith was training Nate at the time, and I was really impressed by how patient, encouraging, and respectful he was with him. I think you can learn a lot about someone by watching how they treat the people they work with, and it was nice to see that Keith gives his staff the same kindness and respect he gives his customers. He's also gone out of his way to point out ways I could save money and has been incredibly accommodating when unexpected or last-minute situations have come up. What I appreciate most is that Keith finally helped me resolve an issue I'd been dealing with for almost two years. I had a storage unit I'd originally rented with my ex, who later abruptly moved out of state, and we were trying to transfer it into his name. Between parts of the process needing to happen in person, my ex not always being on top of his end, and management changing several times, it kept stalling and felt like we were constantly starting over. Once Keith became manager, he took ownership of the situation and helped us finally get everything sorted out. After nearly two years of dealing with it, that was an enormous relief. I've also been really happy with the security here. I was a little unsure about the surrounding area when I first started renting and wondered how secure my belongings would be, but after several years I've never had an issue. At one point, I temporarily used an older lock on an additional unit that I knew could be cut pretty easily with basic bolt cutters. I meant to replace it right away, but life got busy and it stayed on much longer than intended. The fact that it was never tampered with genuinely surprised me and, combined with years of storing my belongings here without any problems, has given me a lot of confidence that my things are safe here. Keith has an impressive 25 years of experience in the storage industry and has been with Storage King for six years. After seeing management at this particular location change several times, having someone with that much experience who is genuinely invested in his job makes a big difference. He speaks highly of Storage King USA and seems genuinely happy to be working for the company, which is reassuring to me as a long-term customer and makes me hopeful he'll be managing this location for a long time. Keith is a genuinely positive, hardworking person who cares about doing his job well and taking care of people. He's generous with his time, has helped me out more than once when he didn't have to, and I never feel like I'm inconveniencing him when I need help. I'm really grateful he's managing this location, and I hope Storage King USA recognizes what an asset he is. I've also referred several loved ones here over the years, and they've had equally positive experiences and even gone on to refer others as well. After several years as a customer, I can confidently recommend both this facility and Keith!

Storage King has the best rates in Santa Rosa for renting a parking space. Also, Bob's customer service was exceptional.
